GETTING STARTED:

No, SmartPAPA is absolutely free. There is no any hidden charge. But you are required to pay for On-Demand premium services.

It only takes 15 minutes to open and activate your account once the Eligibility meets. Log on and sign up with your email ID and use Social Media link for verification.

You must have at least one lakh subscribers or followers on either YouTube, Facebook or Instagram.

Of course, you can order samples at retail prices by creating your free account.

DESIGN GUIDES:

You can upload your designs to the Design library on SmartPAPA at any time. You don’t have to email us for each order because they will store in a library that is easy to find from our dashboard.

You can upload JPEG or PNG files. But you must upload PNG format for transparent background.
NOTE: Any fault in design will be entirely your responsibility and might be a reason for customer return.

A minimum of 300 DPI is required in order to get the perfect print. Also, maximum file size supported is 7 MB.

Not exactly. You can use any software or mobile app to design. Photoshop is preferable for the perfect dimension of design.

Don’t worry about your designs. They are completely safe on our servers. We automate our printing process with the least manual intervention. Our process does not involve transferring your design files over emails since we print our products inhouse.

Use our Smart Mockup Designer, which is available for almost all products, and this is entirely Free.

ORDER PROCESS:

Of course, we provide custom branding services like neck labels for t-shirts and brand hang tags for free. While other premium services like Custom packing, Thank you notes, Freebies are paid to be paid upfront.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery of the orders depends on the location of the customers.

After dispatching the products, you can track it with one click on your Dashboard. It’s quick and easy! By clicking on the Tracking ID you can see where your package currently locates. Sometimes couriers will update their locations with as “In transit” or “Out for Delivery”.

SHIPPING PROCESS:

Generally, we ship all your orders through Delhivery, FedEx, Ecom etc. Pin codes that are not eligible for cash-on-delivery with private courier partners can be shipped as Prepaid through India Speed Post.

We are always working on getting orders shipped as quickly as we can! We deliver the orders within two days of receiving them. We strive for the fastest possible delivery time. Still, you must understand there might be variation on delivery locations of customers.

No, there is no branding of SmartPAPA anywhere on the product or the packages whatsoever. Those are completely your brand.

Generally, we don’t, but we can arrange on demand.

MANAGING RETURNS:

Courier returns happen when the end customer rejects an order, primarily cash-on-delivery orders. In this case, the product returns to our facility and updates it on the Dashboard.

If a defective or a misprinted product reaches the customer, we replace it at no additional charges. They have to email the images to us.

If the package is lost in transit, we shall reprint all the products lost and ship them again as soon as possible.

ACCOUNTS & BILLING:

COD remittances take approximately 10-15 days to arrive in our bank accounts from the courier companies and then transfer to your account after receiving them.

We generate invoices immediately after getting the order.
